Dark Night In Luton with guest DJ Blacult 27.2.2014

Musically, this was a great night. I was hugely impressed with DJ Blacults sets, and those that weren't there to witness it, really missed out. Otherwise, the night was fun if not strangely quiet for an end of the month event.

I haven't played an 'Anti-Valentines' event since 2011, so it was fun to play some of the classics associated with the night, and some newer tunes to boot. Also great to see the pub busy for the majority of the night, although this was totally down to the passing trade again, and very little to do with the 70 people that apparently 'like' this page!! Dark Night In Luton - Night Of The Dark Shadows 6/2/2014

Ignoring the fact that Johnny Depp didn't actually reply to his invite or turn up, I've got to say that this night was really good fun to play. Tad quiet to begin with, but things picked up quickly, and it was also great to see people dancing towards the end of the evening. I did feel a bit mean in cutting off the music at 11.40pm instead of carrying on, but I like to treat you mean & keep you keen!
